Here is a group of men and women that are headed to Iraq. There was a parade down main street honoring them as they prepared to ship out. At one point a group of elementary age children were yelling "USA" as the soldiers marched by. The crowd was huge and it was an emotional morning for me to see these families saying goodbye to their loved ones. There was a breif ceremony and the High School band played. It was very inspiring to be a part of.

I remember going to events at Raveston Stadium in Idaho Falls to see the men sent off to Vietnam. They always had a band, the men from the different service branches were all dressed in their uniforms and then we would go to the airport to see them all fly off.
